Wings for All, a national initiative by The Arc, is an airport “rehearsal” specifically designed for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and aviation professionals, to alleviate some of the stress families may experience when traveling by plane. Wings for All provides families the opportunity to practice entering the airport, obtaining boarding passes, going through security and boarding a plane.
The Enrichment Center sponsors an annual Wings for All event with The Arc of Greensboro, The Arc of High Point and The Arc of Davidson County, in partnership with Piedmont Triad International Airport and Delta.
REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW FULL. If you'd like to be added to the waiting list, go here.
