Song and Dance Man

Eric Gist loves to sing. And dance. And sing some more. At 6’ 4” Eric’s a big guy who needs plenty of room on the dance floor to bring his moves, and often surprises with his fabulous falsetto. The Motown sound is his favorite, with hits by Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5 included in his repertoire.

Dance/Drama Instructor Sarah Diener and Music/Voice Instructor Emily Margagliotti marvel at Eric’s talents. They've cast him as one of the three bears in our summer performance of A Storybook Tale, where he’ll sing and dance to the hits “All Star” and “I’m a Believer,” among other numbers.

But Eric doesn’t limit himself to the performing arts at The Enrichment Center. He’s also involved in Visual Arts, Journalism, Computer Basics and Culinary Arts. All the activities he participates in help advance his speech and communication skills.

When he’s not singing and dancing with his friends at The Enrichment Center, Eric enjoys hanging out with his family, visiting the beach, and eating spaghetti.
